In accordance with our ethical standards and applicable legal provisions, this platform is a tool designed to report any conduct that breaches regulations and/or company policies, as well as to enable secure communication.

The Whistleblowing Hotline is accessible to all employees via the Company’s intranet and, for third parties, through a link on the Company’s website.

Access is available to:

- Transgene employees (permanent or temporary), regardless of their role, business unit, or country of employment;
- All Transgene stakeholders (e.g., clients, service providers, suppliers, subcontractors, partners, consultants, etc.).

To be admissible, your report must be serious in nature and based on factual elements.

Submitting a report is a serious step and may have implications for the individuals concerned. Accordingly, it is important to carefully consider the accuracy of the facts observed and any statements relayed, in order to avoid any risk of defamation.

For your informed consideration, the admissibility of a report will be assessed against the following points:

Does the report describe a situation that breaches applicable regulations and/or the Company’s internal policies?
What is the level of seriousness of the alleged facts?
Are the alleged facts supported by documentation (photo, document, video, etc.)?
Was the report made selflessly and in good faith?
Did the reporter personally witness the facts being reported?

With strict respect for confidentiality, and to safeguard the legitimate rights of the individuals concerned, every report will be subject to rigorous review and, where appropriate, an internal investigation in accordance with the applicable procedure.

The anonymity of the reporter will be preserved.

The protection of personal data is essential for the Company, which implements all necessary measures to ensure that processing complies with applicable regulations and is accompanied by appropriate security measures to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of such data.

By using the Ikarian whistleblowing platform, you consent to the processing of certain personal data such as your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, as well as the description of the alleged facts. This information is processed only by Transgene personnel authorized to handle reports and follow-up actions, in accordance with the applicable procedure.

Personal data will be retained in our systems in accordance with applicable law and the CNIL reference framework “relating to the processing of personal data intended to implement a professional alerts system” dated 18 July 2019.

Access an existing report

IMPORTANT

You may use this portal to report incidents you have personally witnessed, or, when relevant to your professional activity, to share information reported to you by others.

Your identity will remain confidential throughout both the submission and the handling of your report.

Key Information

Each report has its own dedicated messaging system, allowing secure communication between the reporter and the designated contacts. These exchanges respect the reporter’s choice to remain anonymous, if requested.

Only the designated contacts will receive the information you provide through the form. You will be able to monitor your report and communicate with the designated contact(s) using the confidential code generated by the platform when your report is submitted.

All reports will undergo a rigorous review and a detailed internal audit.

Personal Data

Personal data collected through Transgene’s whistleblowing system are processed for the following purposes:

- Compliance with a legal obligation requiring the implementation of an internal reporting system;
- Protection of Transgene’s legitimate interests, specifically the collection of reports regarding behavior that contravenes Transgene’s code of conduct.
