To be admissible, your report must be serious in nature and based on factual elements.
Submitting a report is a serious step and may have implications for the individuals concerned. Accordingly, it is important to carefully consider the accuracy of the facts observed and any statements relayed, in order to avoid any risk of defamation.
For your informed consideration, the admissibility of a report will be assessed against the following points:
- Does the report describe a situation that breaches applicable regulations and/or the Company’s internal policies?
- What is the level of seriousness of the alleged facts?
- Are the alleged facts supported by documentation (photo, document, video, etc.)?
- Was the report made selflessly and in good faith?
- Did the reporter personally witness the facts being reported?
With strict respect for confidentiality, and to safeguard the legitimate rights of the individuals concerned, every report will be subject to rigorous review and, where appropriate, an internal investigation in accordance with the applicable procedure.
The anonymity of the reporter will be preserved.
